Refund and Returns Policy

🔁 Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• Return is requested within 3 days of receiving the item
• The item was not marked as a final sale or clearance
• Product is damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrectly delivered

Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, certain items like skincare, cosmetics, and personal care tools are not returnable once opened.

📦 How to Request a Return

1. Contact us via WhatsApp at 0307‑8880706 within 3 days of receiving the product
2. Share your order number, reason for return, and pictures (if applicable)
3. Our team will review your request and guide you on the return process

💵 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will:

• Approve the refund if all conditions are met
• Refund via the original payment method or provide store credit within 5–7 business days

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error was from our side (damaged or wrong item delivered).

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Opened skincare, haircare, or cosmetic products
• Used or tested items
• Clearance/sale items
• Gift cards or free promotional products

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, please contact our team first to confirm product availability.
